BidSignal (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the BidSignal website and application services (the “Service”).

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via our authentication provider). We do not store passwords in plain text.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers. We retain your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your plan.

Usage Data

We may collect usage and technical information such as pages visited, features used, search queries, browser/device information, IP address, and diagnostic logs to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Where practicable, we may aggregate or de-identify this information for analytics.

Tender & Procurement Data

Procurement-related data displayed in the Service may be sourced from publicly available procurement records and other information made available to us. We do not intentionally collect non-public tender information from government systems.

• Authentication and database provider — secure storage of account credentials and application data
• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloud hosting provider — application hosting and content delivery
• AI processing providers — used to analyze procurement and document content you submit or access through the Service. We do not intentionally use AI providers to process account payment information.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes. Subscription records may be retained as required for tax and legal compliance.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via our authentication provider, and PCI-compliant payment processing via Stripe. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Authentication cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your account information.
